500°C High Temp. Vacuum Oven (12x12x11", 25L, ) With Gas Flow-Meter & Vacuum System (110V) - EQ-DZF-6020-HT500P-110

The DZF-6020-HT series oven is CE certified. It can be heated up to 500°C and able to hold the temperature for long period with the support of compact chilling water recirculating system. A 50-500ml flow meter is installed in the front panel for user to simply control and create a gas environment in the chamber. All necessary accessories are in the package including vacuum pump, chiller, fittings, hoses, etc.

Gas flowing/purging	A precise flow meter is installed in the front panel which ranges from 50 ~ 500ml/min.  The gas is able to be continuously flowing into the chamber at a constant flow rate defined by user during operation. The oven can be purged by inert gas before operation.
Water Cooling	One Digital Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Chiller is included . ( click picture below to see details) Refrigeration range : 5~35°C Floowing Rate:  16L/minute Suggest using anti-corrosion coolant  (available for auto-part store) to achieve best water cooling. The water cooling jacket is built inside the oven door.
Fittings & Connectors	One KF25D vacuum port is used for quick connection to vacuum pump.  Two water/coolant inets connects the chiller. (tubes are included) One 1/4" swagelok tube fittings is for inert gas supply. One needle valve is used to control the input gas.
Vacuum Pump	One Dual stage vacuum pump with with Exhaust Filter is included. Vacuumn level of oven after pumping < 133pa (2 torr) Power: 3/4HP  550W Please click the pic for more spec.

Application Notes	For accurate temperature measurement, you may do calibration by using the temperature calibrating kit .  For more information on how to calibrate oven temperature, please review  How to calibrate the oven. You may add Gas Purifier collum on gas inlet of oven back to remove oxygen and huminity
